At Crestfield, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it if the item arrived damaged or defective.
What condition must the item be in?
The item must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Items that have been used or are missing their packaging cannot be returned.
Who pays for return shipping?
If your item arrived damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Are there any restocking fees?
No. We do not charge any restocking fees.
